Arrowsmith Hall is a 2000 square foot facility equipped with a full commercial kitchen, washrooms, and assembly hall suitable for banquets, community meetings, and other activities like yoga, floor curling and children’s recreation.

The full commercial kitchen can be rented with the hall or by itself.

Our commercial kitchen is located in the Arrowsmith Hall and is available as a stand alone rental. The perfect space for preparing for farmers markets, bake sales, and more! Natural light and concession windows make food service a breeze during events.

Activity Centre

This building is used throughout the year by a number of community groups for sports like volleyball, badminton, basketball, and floor hockey. The concrete floor is covered with a multi-purpose sport mat. The large, open space has also been used for trade shows, birthday parties, and other large events. This building is also set up as a community emergency shelter.​

Our meeting room is the prefect solution for smaller meetings! There is a white board for presentations and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave for providing light refreshments.

This space serves as meeting room for various groups like the Coombs Farmers’ Institute, 4H, and others. The room seats 15 comfortably in board-room set up.
Heritage Hall
Intimate gatherings are the perfect fit for our Heritage Hall. This recently renovated heritage building features over 500 sq ft of space, high ceilings, old wooden windows, and wet bar.

Our Heritage Hall is the perfect venue for intimate gatherings. Recent updates include new flooring, fresh paint, curtains, and light fixtures. The charming wood windows are a favourite feature of this space.
Barns, Equestrian Facilities
and Grounds
We have several barns, equestrian facilities, and grounds available to rent. Our barns are used for more than just livestock, and are available for events and barn weddings. Planning an outdoor event? From car shows to picnics, we have 10 acres of space for your ideas! Our riding ring is available for private bookings and public use.

Requirements for Riding Ring Use
All riders/handlers must be current members of the Arrowsmith Agricultural Association AND Horse Council BC
Memberships to the AAA can be purchased by contacting the office at: 250-248-4458
All riders/handlers use at own risk
Juniors must wear helmets at all times while mounted
Juniors must have supervision while gaming or jumping
Keep gates and stall doors closed
Do not sit on fence
Clean up after your horse in rings and lawn areas
Use garbage and recycling containers provided
Obey any posted parking signs
Put away any equipment you take out of the equipment shed
