Attendees are asked to bring and donate a prepared picnic dinner (all cold foods) for two to share. The donated box dinners will be put up for auction, and the winning bidder for each will share that meal with the person who made and donated it. The donor will take home their basket, dishes, decor, etc.
All proceeds will support the construction of the Coombs Fair Centennial Project, our new custom-built log Music Stage.

Our concession will also be open, with hamburgers, hot dogs, coffee, tea, etc., for those who aren’t lucky enough to buy a Box Dinner.
There will be live music, square dance demonstrations, and games for children.
Parking will be available in the upper field, access off Burgoyne Road. This is a family friendly, no smoking, no alcohol event. Other than certified assistance dogs, please do not bring your dog with you. NO DOGS will be allowed on site.
